Returns Policy

Health7 is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If the product is faulty, please return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt, with proof of purchase. We will refund your purchase price using the same method for payment received. Health7 has the right to decline returns if the product is not returned in its original condition or returned outside of the 14 day period. Please be aware any delivery fee incurred is non-refundable.

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act we do not have to give you a refund if:

  • you decide you don’t want the goods
  • you find the same thing cheaper elsewhere
  • you bought something for someone else that they don’t like or already have

Please contact us to arrange product returns. You will be provided with the return address and a return number.

Postage charges on returns are non-refundable. Health7 does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit while being returned. We recommend that you use a postage service that provides tracking and delivery to the door. Once we recieve the Proof of Delivery, we will process the refund within 10 working days. Without a Proof of Delivery, the refund may take longer if we cannot locate the return.

Faulty Product

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us at info@health7.co.nz. Quote your order number and we will arrange free return and an exchange or refund.
