Tape

Welcome to our Medical Tape collection, a place where you can find, as the name suggests, any tape you want.

Tape

We offer a latex-free tape, waterproof, ideal for fixation of dressings and appliances where they are likely to be in contact with dirt or water. Health7 is a medical brand available only online for now, and with a clear mission to help any New Zealand people in need. If you are one of them, don't be afraid to look for help or for any product that can relieve your pain.

When should taping be used?

Taping is used as one of the means of rehabilitation or prophylaxis in instances where support and stability are needed, as a first-aid tool, for the prevention of injury and protection of an injured anatomical structure while healing is taking place.

When you should NOT use any tape?

Absolute contraindications are when something should never be done during physical therapy (or any other medical treatment or procedure). Here is a list of absolute contraindications of using any kind of tape:

 - Severe allergic reactions to adhesive tape.

If you have a history of a severe allergic reaction to adhesives, you should avoid using the tape. Luckily for you, our Leukoplast Sleek Tape is Latex-Free so if you are allergic to latex, there is nothing to stop you from using it.

 - Open wounds

If you have an open wound or surgical incision that is not fully healed, do not use any tape. The tape could produce a situation where bacteria is introduced into the wound.

Ensure secure fixation in difficult conditions only with our excellent tape.
