Description

Crampeze Forte is an effective multi-combination solution vs. magnesium alone for cramp relief.

For intermittent cramp sufferers, ideal for starting treatment.

Contains Viburnum Opulus (Cramp Bark), an antispasmodic traditionally used in western herbal medicine to help relieve muscle cramps, mild muscle spasms & twitches.

Directions and Precautions

Adults – take 1 tablet twice daily with water. 
Dosage to be taken in the morning and 30 minutes before retiring at night.

Do not use if carton or blister seal is broken or appears to have been tampered with. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. Contains sulfites.

Homeopathic Copper

Magnesium (elemental)
Magnesium has many functions; it can assist with carbohydrate and lipid metabolism as well as be involved with energy production.  Furthermore, Magnesium can help to maintain normal muscle function in the body. Magnesium is found in foods such as green leafy vegetables, nuts, dried fruit, legumes and whole grains.

Vitamin E
Vitamin E is a fat-soluble compound that comes in 8 different forms with distinctive antioxidant activities which are responsible for many functions in the body. It may also help relieve the symptoms associated with muscular leg cramps.
Vitamin E is found in oils, nuts and seeds.

Feverfew
Acts as an antispasmodic and may help to ease muscle spasms & tension

Vitamin D
Vitamin D plays a role in maintaining healthy bone developmentVitamin B3

Viburnum opulus (Cramp bark) extract dry concentrate 100mg from dry stem bark 1g, Magnesium (as heavy Magnesium oxide) 150mg, Calcium pantothenate 20mg equiv. to Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) 18.3 mg, Tanacetum parthenium (Feverfew) extract dry concentrate 15 mg from dry leaf 150mg, Nicotinamide 20mg, Rutoside (Rutin) 250mg.
