Directions and Precautions

1. Shake granules to the bottom of the bag
2. Squeeze from the top down, using both hands to pop the inner fluid bag. Shake content briefly, to mix the contents 
3. Wrap in a protective cover or a towel and apply to the treatment area 

WARNING For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Check for leaks before use and discard if damaged or leaking. Do not puncture or cut pack. If contents come into contact with skin or eyes, flush area immediately with large amounts of water. Do not swallow contents. If swallowed, contact 0800 POISON (0800 764 766) or seek medical attention immediately. Avoid direct contact with skin for prolonged periods. Do not apply for longer than 20 minutes at a time and wait at least 2 hours between applications. Do not reuse or refreeze. Always follow the instructions for use. For severe injuries, seek medical advice. Consult your healthcare professional if symptoms persist.
