CanDo Twist N Bend Bar

Description

The CanDo® Twist N Bend Bar is a lightweight, portable exerciser designed to strengthen muscles in the hand, wrist and shoulder. The 30cm long rubber bar utilises the same graduated progressive colour code as other CanDo® products (yellow - x-light, red - light, green - medium, blue - firm, and black - x-firm).
