The Loumet Balance Board is a one piece, heavy duty wobble board commonly used by Physiotherapists and fitness professionals for the rehabilitation of ankle, lower leg and knee injuries. Designed with round edges and circular surface grooves for grip and stability, the balance board can also be used for floor exercises addressing upper limb injuries like the shoulder.
