Mouthguard Care and Cleaning instructions

IMPORTANT: Keeping your mouthguard clean is essential for hygiene, durability, and long‑lasting protection. A well‑maintained mouthguard not only feels better to wear but also helps prevent bacteria build‑up, unpleasant odours, and premature breakdown of the material.

  1. Rinse before and after each use with cool or lukewarm water, and brush gently with a soft toothbrush and mild soap to remove debris.
  2. Allow it to air dry completely before storing to prevent moisture‑related bacteria growth.
  3. Store in the provided ventilated case when not in use.
  4. Check regularly for wear and tear and replace if cracks, thinning, or distortion appear.
